If dogs could talk, the Border Collie would probably outsmart its owner. “If you define intelligence as the ability to learn quickly, then that certainly describes the Border Collie,” says Mary Lou Campbell, of Boywood Border Collies. “The downside is they sometimes train the owner faster than the owner trains the dog.”
